About Me
I started making cakes around the age of 14 after seeing baking shows on TV and becoming interested in them. I started simple and then tested the waters of fondant work. I found that I really enjoyed the whole process, and for my 15th my mom enrolled me into fondant classes. I expanded my knowledge about the baking world and found that it wasn't just a hobbies I liked, but something I was quite good at! Baking is a great stress reliever for me, and I love the joy I get from sharing my creations. I can bake a variety of things, and even though I started out using mostly fondant, I am very versatile.
